Job summary

Thoucentric Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru (hybrid mode) invites an SAP Integration SME & Delivery Lead to own end-to-end integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will drive delivery governance, design patterns for S/4HANA, ECC, and Ariba, and ensure scalable, secure, clean-core compliant integrations.

You will act as single-point owner for integration strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, review design documents, and lead SIT/UAT/Cutover

Qualifications

• End-to-end integration architecture experience.
• Hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite delivery.
• Experience with S/4HANA On-Prem & Cloud.
• Strong API and integration pattern knowledge.
• Security, OAuth2, certificates and key management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide integration architecture using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Design integration patterns for S/4HANA, ECC, SAP IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors and non-SAP apps.
• Establish standards for synchronous/asynchronous integrations, APIs, events, and message orchestration.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Own integration roadmap, milestones, RAID, and dependency management.
• Review and approve Functional Specs, Technical Specs, and IDDs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, performance benchmarks, and security standards.

Role Overview The SAP Integration SME & Delivery Lead will be responsible forend-to-end architecture, delivery governance, and execution of integrationsacross SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite. This rolerequires deep hands‑on expertise combined with program-level ownership,stakeholder management, and delivery assurance. The individual will act as the single-point owner for integration strategy,ensuring scalable, secure, and clean-core compliant integration designs aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide integration architecture using SAP BTP IntegrationSuite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
• Design integration patterns for S/4HANA (On-Prem & Cloud), ECC, SAPIBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and non-SAP applications.
• Establish standards for synchronous/asynchronous integrations, APIs, events, and message orchestration.
• Drive Clean Core compliant integration designs avoiding custom core modifications.
• Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Own integration roadmap, milestones, RAID, and dependency management.
• Review and approve Functional Specs, Technical Specs, and Integration Design Documents (IDDs).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, performance benchmarks, and security standards.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live integration readiness.
• Hands‑on leadership on:
  • SAP Cloud Integration (iFlows, adapters, mappings)
  • API Management (REST/OData APIs, policies, throttling)
  • Event-driven integrations using Event Mesh
  • Secure connectivity via Cloud Connector
• Guide teams on OAuth2, Certificates, JWT, PGP, Encryption, and key management.
• Act as integration SPOC for business, SAP functional teams, BASIS, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators.
• Define monitoring, alerting, and error‑handling strategies.
• Lead hypercare and L3 support for critical integrations.
• Drive performance tuning, resiliency, and scalability improvements.
