The role focuses on the QM module—Inspection & Planning—with strong regulatory (GxP) awareness, collaborating with functional consultants and QA teams to build and maintain custom developments, integrations, and automations for inspection planning and audit readiness.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced SAP ABAP developers tojoin our team to support the Quality Management (QM) module—specifically theInspection & Planning area—with strong regulatory (GxP) awareness. The rolewill work closely with QM functional consultants, Quality/Compliance teams, andcross-module SAP implementation/maintenance teams to build and enhance customdevelopments, integrations and automations that support inspection planning,results recording, sampling, usage decisions, and regulatory audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to designing, implementing, and testing solutions in aninnovative environment that embraces new technologies.
• Design, code, test, and assure the quality of product featuresusing Agile techniques.
• Collaborate with product management, product owners, scrum teams,experts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate theminto clear user stories, and implement them with the team.
• Verify that delivered features meet functional and designrequirements and support sign-off on delivery.
• Show initiative, resolve issues proactively, and deliver with highquality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
  

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science,Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 6-8 years (adjustable based on seniority)of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience (in both ECC and S/4HANApreferred).

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, orrelated fields.
• Basic hands-on experience with ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Knowledge of at least one software programming language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies; willingness toembrace new topics and technologies.
• Expertise in ABAP, FIORI, ODATA, CDS, BOPF, FPM, FBI.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Desirable / Nice to Have:

Certification in SAP ABAP or S/4HANA ABAP.

Experience in global rollout projects,multi-country implementations.

Experience in SAP QM functional domain as well(dual technical + functional capability).

Knowledge of validation/qualification processes(IQ/OQ/PQ), documentation for computerised systems in regulated environment.

Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 for QM mobile/interactiveuse cases.

Prior experience working with LIMS/MES/Lab systemsintegration or pharmaceuticals/medical devices/manufacturing industry.
