Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an SAP ICM Functional Consultant in Mumbai to lead solution design, configuration, and delivery of ICM projects for insurance clients. You will monitor incidents, manage change requests, gather requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

The role involves end-to-end implementation experience, strong knowledge of master data, entitlement and liability transfer processes, and integration with FS-CD interfaces. ABAP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP ICM design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Master Data, Setup, and entitlement workflows.
• Experience with insurance industry modules and FS-CD interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support SAP ICM incidents and service requests.
• Gather requirements, document configurations, verify deliverables.
• Support period-end close activities and end-user training.

Role & responsibilities

Job description: SAP ICM Functional Consultant.
Monitoring & Support of SAP ICM related Incidents, Service Requests and Change / Enhancement Requests, Communication with the stakeholders Client/Management/SDM/ Key Users/Business Users and others as applicable.
Requirement Gathering/Documentation/Configuration in SAP/Verification of the deliverables.
Support for period end closing activities & end user training.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Should have experience in solution design and implementation including technical architecture for SAP ICM.
• 2. Should have good exposure on Master Data, Setup, Commission, Periodical processes, Entitlement and Liability Transfer, Portfolio Assignment (PFO), Credential (CRD) and Reporting
• 3. Should have good exposure in Commission case production issues resolution, settlement process.
• 4. Should have experience in end-end implementation projects/Rollouts.
• 5. Should have good Exposure to interfaces with other systems like FSCD.
• 6. Should have experience in implementing ICM solutions for Insurance Customers.
• 1. Exposure to ABAP Language will be added advantage
