Job summary

Acme Services Private Limited in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP FICO consultant to lead finance module implementations and integrations for international clients. You will handle AR, AP, GL, and CO-PA processes, and coordinate with ABAP teams.

The role requires hands-on workflow such as LSMW/Winshuttle, IDOC/EDI, OSS Notes, and incident management, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP FICO implementation/rollout experience.
• Experience with AR/AP/GL, cost and profit accounting processes.
• Exposure to CO-PA, Master Data, balance management and SAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementations and ongoing AMS support.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams and ensure functional/technical specifications are prepared.
• Work with international stakeholders across US/Europe time zones.
• Manage IDOC/EDI integrations and third-party system interfaces.
• Oversee OSS Notes investigations and box-in Issue resolution.
• Handle Lockbox functionality exposure and related configurations.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams for incident/change management.

Job Description:

• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementations / rollouts.

• Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting and Controlling.

• Good experience in Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders and CO-PA.

• Experience in Payment Program, Dunning, Company Code setup and US Taxation.

• Strong exposure to IDOC/EDI processes and SAP integration with third-party systems.

• Experience managing AL11 directories and inward/outward file transmissions.

• Hands-on experience with LSMW, Winshuttle and other master data maintenance/mass upload activities.

• Strong understanding of AR/AP/GL master data and balance management.

• Experience working with User Exits, BAdIs and Enhancements in SAP FICO.

• Ability to prepare and understand Functional/Technical Specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.

• Good understanding of SAP FICO integration with SD/MM.

• Experience researching and resolving SAP issues using OSS Notes.

• Exposure to Lockbox functionality.

• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools would be an advantage.

• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is an added advantage.

• Exposure to Medius and Vertex would be beneficial.

• Experience in Incident, Change and AMS support, including SLA/KPI management.

• International client experience, particularly with US/European clients, is preferred.

• Exposure to monitoring/observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk or CloudWatch is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with international stakeholders.
