Job summary

IDEMIA in Noida NSEZ is seeking a Team Lead/AM - Facilities Management to oversee end-to-end facilities services and drive an exceptional employee experience. You will manage planning, vendor coordination, and operations across spaces, fleets, and amenities within NSEZ.

The role requires coordinating with external agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading maintenance programs while handling internal communications and user support. An energetic leader with focus on safety will thrive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage facilities, fleet, cleaning, reception, utilities and food services.
• Coordinate with external agencies for travel arrangements.
• Ensure facilities infrastructure complies with regulations and business needs.
• Manage space planning and facilities security and safety.
• Plan, drive and monitor maintenance and construction programs for the building.
• Coordinate contractors and internal/external communication related to facilities.
• Handle users' requests and troubleshooting.

Key Missions

We are hiring for Team Lead/AM - Facilities Management based at NSEZ, Noida.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Plans and manages activities associated with facilities management, property management, purchasing needs related to facilities, vehicle fleet management, cleaning or reception services, utility management, food services, etc
• Coordinates with external agencies facilitating eventual travel arrangements
• Ensures facilities' infrastructure conditions and operations comply with regulations and business needs
• Manages space planning
• Ensures facilities' security and safety
• Plans, drives, and monitors maintenance and construction programs for the building, including its equipment and supplies
• Coordinates contractors where required
• Manages internal and external communication related to facilities
• Executes simple tasks related to Facilities
• Manages users' requests and troubleshooting
