Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in SAP BTP and Integration Suite with cloud integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of SAP APIs: OData, REST, and SuccessFactors/SmartRecruiter integration.
• Experience in data conversion/migration and SAP migration tools.
• Experience configuring SAP modules: SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
• Experience building technical objects (IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs).
• Experience with SAP API Management within SAP Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP development and extensions: Fiori/UI5, BAS, CAP, Cloud Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration flows around SAP BTP and Integration Suite with multiple systems.
• Implement interfaces based on APIs, events, files or middleware per project patterns.
• Perform data conversion activities and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to technical testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.

Job Role for SAP HR Developer

4+/ 6+ years of experience, supported by a strong academic record and solid analytical problem-solving skills.

Required Skillset

• Expertise in SAP BTP and Integration Suite: Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, SAP/non-SAP integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of SAP APIs: OData, REST, services exposed by SuccessFactors / SmartRecruiter and consumption via BTP.
• Experience in data conversion/migration and knowledge of SAP migration tools.
• Experience in configure SAP modules: SuccessFactors (and SmartRecruiters [it could be a +]
• Experience in building technical objects (IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs)
• Experience in CPI, building Package, iFlow, writing Groovy scripts, managing security configurations
• Experience with SAP API Management (API Providers, Proxies, Policies) within SAP Integration Suite
• Strong knowledge of SAP development and extensions: In Apps & Side-by-side extensibility, Clean Core governance, BAS, CAP, SAP Fiori/SAPUI5, Cloud Foundry
• Ability to work in coordination with multiple project teams, in a structured framework but with strong operational contribution
• Collaborate with business teams for solution design and drive adoption
