Job summary

Spotshine Consulting Delhi is seeking an experienced US Payroll Manager to lead a team of payroll professionals and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.

You will oversee US payroll processing, including W-2 filing, SOX compliance, and year-end reporting, and collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve complex issues while developing effective total rewards strategies to attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• 8-16 years of experience in US Payroll management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Workday system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of payroll professionals.
• Excellent understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and SOX compliance requirements.
