MyCareernet is seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant in Hyderabad to configure and support SAP HR/HCM processes. You will manage payroll cycles, analyze incidents, and coordinate changes with technical teams across SAP implementations and integrations.

The role requires strong hands-on SAP HCM and Payroll expertise, plus SAP HANA experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.

• Solid hands-on SAP HR/HCM process expertise.
• Proven payroll configuration and payroll cycle support.
• Experience with SAP HANA data or reporting requirements.
• Experience participating in SAP HCM implementation projects (nice-to-have).

• Analyze production incidents and deliver timely functional resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data validation, testing, and transports.
• Prepare functional specs, test scenarios, and user documentation; assist users during releases.
