Job Overview

Required Experienced SAP HCM Consultant with around 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM). The candidate will be responsible for implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP HCM modules, working closely with HR and IT teams to deliver efficient HR solutions.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as:

• Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Payroll (PY)
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support end‑to‑end SAP HCM implementation and rollout projects.
• Handle incident management and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
• Work with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide training and support to end users.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
• Good experience in schema and PCR.
• Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like FI and other modules.
