Job summary

Insight Global in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to coordinate end-to-end cutover activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments across finance and IT teams.

The role represents the finance organization in planning forums, maintains runbooks, schedules, and dependency trackers, and leads readiness reviews to ensure a smooth go-live.

You'll manage 350+ stakeholders, drive risk mitigation, and push continuous improvement during go-live and hypercare periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project delivery experience in large deployments.
• SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
• SAP cutover planning and execution experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira, qTest and ServiceNow.
• Experience coordinating 300+ stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure go-live environments.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cutover planning activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments.

• Lead deployment readiness reviews and go-live planning sessions.
• Coordinate activities across multiple finance and technical workstreams.
• Track project milestones and provide executive status updates.
• Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks impacting deployment timelines.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
• Support command center operations during go-live and hypercare periods.
• Coordinate testing completion and defect remediation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and process enhancements.
• Manage and coordinate activities involving 350+ project stakeholders during critical cutover periods.
