Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover Lead to orchestrate end-to-end cutover activities for large-scale transformations in Hyderabad. You will align finance and IT teams, manage runbooks, schedules, and dependency trackers, and drive readiness for go-live and hypercare.

You will lead 350+ stakeholders across multiple finance and technical workstreams, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery through strong communication and leadership in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting 3-5+ large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
• SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration experience.
• Finance migration experience.
• SAP deployment cutover planning and execution experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira, qTest and ServiceNow.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams (300+ stakeholders).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced go-live environments.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cutover planning activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Represent the finance organization in planning meetings and leadership forums.
• Develop and maintain cutover runbooks, schedules, timelines, and dependency trackers.
• Lead deployment readiness reviews and go-live planning sessions.
• Coordinate activities across multiple finance and technical workstreams.
• Track project milestones and provide executive status updates.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting deployment timelines.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
• Support command center operations during go-live and hypercare periods.
• Coordinate testing completion and defect remediation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and process enhancements.
• Manage and coordinate activities involving 350+ project stakeholders during critical cutover periods.
