Job summary

Sopra Steria Noida is seeking a SAP FICO Lead Product Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to drive end-to-end FI/CO configurations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will collaborate with clients to capture requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

You will lead testing, UAT, training, and post-implementation support, while identifying opportunities for ongoing optimization and knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP FICO experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in FI and CO processes and configuration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is preferred.
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (FI/CO).
• Gather requirements from clients and map to SAP FICO best practices.
• Analyze GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and CO processes for optimization.
• Ensure integration of SAP FICO with other SAP Cloud modules and third-party apps.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Create functional specs, configuration docs, and process flows.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, provide optimized solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP Cloud modules. Job Responsibilities 1. Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, covering Finance and Controlling processes. 2. Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with standard SAP best practices. 3. Business Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling (CO). 4.
