Job Description

• Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant with 5-6 years of relevant IT experience in SAP FI within a S/4HANA green‑field implementation and support.
• Perform mapping, conceptual and technical design and other FI supportive functions; drive design based on functional requirements to support SAP configuration changes.
• Present conceptual and technical designs to the Global SAP Team for validation and communicate across all functional parts regarding required configuration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide expert advice on SAP FI solutions.
• Act as the key point of contact for SAP FI‑related queries and escalations.
• Assist in development of SAP FI project documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
• Have knowledge of implementing SAP FI General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Bank Accounting, Taxation and Fixed Assets functionalities.
• Experience with third‑party systems such as Kyriba, Diapason, Coupa, EBX or CTU and integration in transformation projects.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5-6 full‑cycle green‑field implementations and support projects focusing on General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Profit Center Accounting or Product Costing.
• Experience in FI integration points with MM, HR, PP and PM modules.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules; experience with migration of complex SAP FICO landscapes from Classic to new GL.
• Lead SAP FI project implementations, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP FICO issues, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end‑users to enhance SAP FICO understanding and utilization.

Qualifications

• Team member preferably CA/ICWA/MBA Finance.
• Good hands‑on experience in SAP FI module.
• Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• SAP certification in FI module is a plus.
• Preferably worked on end‑to‑end logistic customer implementation projects.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA degree.
