Job Profile: Consultant SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP FICO)

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Consultant with 5–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in leading, designing, and configuring Finance modules (FI & CO) within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. Prior experience in the Professional Services industry will be preferred.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (SAP FICO)
• Certified in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Finance)

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO, with in-depth knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Possess a solid understanding of financial principles, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Lead and contribute to at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, along with hands‑on experience in support and enhancement engagements.
• Configure SAP systems in alignment with business requirements and collaborate closely with technical teams to support developments and enhancements.
• Engage with business stakeholders to analyze processes and recommend optimized, scalable solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of integrations across SAP modules (SD, MM) and with external systems.
• Support data migration, system integration, and testing phases (including unit, integration, and UAT).
• Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud
