Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP FICO consulting experience in IT services.
• Expertise in Bank Accounting, Internal Orders, and Real Estate Project Accounting with cost management focus.
• At least one end-to-end greenfield implementation project.
• Strong integration with MM, SD and PS modules.
• Hands-on configuration of FI and CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center & Profit Center.

Responsibilities

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our IT Services team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial and controlling excellence within complex enterprise environments. This position is designed for a professional with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience who is eager to lead critical financial transformations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage end-to-end greenfield implementations and address specialized accounting challenges in the banking and real estate sectors, making a direct impact on organizational financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP FICO modules, specifically focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset Accounting to ensure robust financial reporting.
  
• Execute end-to-end implementation cycles for greenfield projects, from initial blueprinting through testing, cutover, and go-live support.
  
• Manage and configure internal orders and cost centers, while overseeing profit center accounting to facilitate accurate financial analysis and decision-making.
  
• Develop specialized accounting solutions for the real estate sector, including project accounting and comprehensive cost management strategies.
  
• Integrate SAP FICO with other core modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Project System (PS) to ensure unified data flow and process consistency.
  
• Provide expert guidance on bank accounting processes and internal order management to meet specific industry compliance standards.
  
• Conduct rigorous testing phases and provide post-go-live support to resolve issues and ensure system stability.
  

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP FICO consulting within the IT Services industry.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise in Bank Accounting, Internal Orders, and Real Estate Project Accounting, with a mandatory focus on cost management within the real estate domain.
  
• Show a solid track record of at least one successful end-to-end greenfield implementation project.
  
• Exhibit strong proficiency in integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PS modules.
  
• Have hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting configurations.
  
• Be skilled in Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting setups.
  
• Possess deep technical knowledge of SAP FICO configuration for both FI and CO components.
  
• Be available for a compensation package of ₹12 lpa.
