Qualifications

• 8–12 years of SAP FICO experience with focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration and financial processes.
• Experience with data migration, data conversion and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize R2R processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions within Finance.
• Lead solution ownership from requirement gathering through deployment and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support testing activities including CIT, E2E, and UAT.
• Define data requirements and support data migration, conversion, and interface implementations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Review solution designs, analyze impacts, and ensure system integrations are aligned with business needs.
• Conduct business workshops, Show & Tell sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Work effectively within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Support governance and IT controls for finance-related operational systems.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to design, configure, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role involves driving process improvements, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient solutions across Projects, Investments, and Asset Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on Record-to-Report processes and system implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in: SAP Project Systems (PS) Investment Management (IM) Asset Accounting (AA)
• Experience with data migration, data conversion, and interface implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP S/4HANA configuration.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Controlling (CO).
• SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
• SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Experience in Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
