Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a seasoned SAP FICO professional with 12+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in S/4HANA Finance. The role requires strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting and Banking interfaces, plus deep knowledge of CO-PA and Controlling processes.

You will lead multi-module integrations (FI-MM, FI-SD) and drive end-to-end implementations, RICEF deliveries, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in SAP FICO with 8+ years in S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Banking interfaces.
• Expertise in Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, CO-PA.
• Experience with FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP and FICO-PS integrations.
• Part of at least 4 end-to-end implementations and 4-5 product support projects in S4HANA Finance.
• Strong SAP implementation methodology knowledge (Activate/ASAP) and project lifecycle
• Experience with SAP AMS processes and integration with 3rd party systems.
• Knowledge of ALE, IDOC, error handling; able to design, estimate, and deliver solutions.
• Experience in preparing Functional Specs, user documentation, test cases and coordinating with development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO in S/4HANA Finance projects and integrations.
• Coordinate with clients and drive functional specs, testing and deployment of RICEF objects.
• Engage with C-suite on roadmaps for digital transformation and strategic planning.
• Support RFPs and presales activities with technical finance insights.

We are currently seeking a SAP S/4 HANA Finance to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• The Candidate should have minimum experience of 12+ years in SAP FICO out of which at least 8 years in S/4 HANA Finance.
• The Candidate should be strong in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting and Banking that includes Banking Interface knowledge.
• Should be strong in Controlling areas - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis.
• Should have good exposure on integration with other SAP modules; FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP and FICO-PS.
• Should be part of at least 4 E2E implementation and 4 to 5 product support projects in S4HANA Finance.
• Must possesses a strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology (Activate/ASAP), including project phases from discovery to Go-Live support.
• Should have knowledge of SAP AMS processes to support business users across geographies.
• Should have experience in working with Interfaces and Integration with 3rd Party systems.
• Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC execution and error handling.
• Should be able to work independently to Understand, Estimate, Design and Deliver the solution.
• Experience in coordinating with the development team, preparation of Functional Specification, Testing, and Deploy the code for RICEF objects.
• Good experience working with client C-suite in presenting roadmaps for digital transformation and strategic planning.
• Experience working with RFP’s and presales.
• Experience in preparing the Functional Specs, User documentation, Test case preparations.
• Should have strong team management skills.
• Education qualification should be CA/CWA/CMA/ MBA Finance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
