Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an accomplished SAP FICO consultant to join our Hyderabad team. The role requires 12+ years in SAP FICO with at least 6 years in S/4HANA Finance, and a strong background across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.

You will drive integration with FI modules and oversee end-to-end SAP implementations and AMS support, coordinating with global teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in RICEF development, functional specs, testing, and delivering scalable digital

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 6 years in S/4 HANA Finance.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Banking interfaces.
• Proficient in Controlling areas: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, CO-PA.
• Experience integrating FI with MM, SD, PP and PS modules.
• Participated in at least 4 end-to-end implementations and 4–5 product support projects in S/4HANA Finance.
• Solid understanding of SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies and project lifecycle.

We are currently seeking a SAP FICO consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

• The Candidate should have minimum experience of 12+ years in SAP FICO out of which at least 6 years in S/4 HANA Finance.
• The Candidate should be strong in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting and Banking that includes Banking Interface knowledge.
• Should be strong in Controlling areas - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Actual Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis.
• Should have good exposure on integration with other SAP modules; FI-MM, FI-SD, FICO-PP and FICO-PS.
• Should be part of at least 4 E2E implementation and 4 to 5 product support projects in S4HANA Finance.
• Must possesses a strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology (Activate/ASAP), including project phases from discovery to Go-Live support.
• Should have knowledge of SAP AMS processes to support business users across geographies.
• Should have experience in working with Interfaces and Integration with 3rd Party systems.
• Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC execution and error handling.
• Should be able to work independently to Understand, Estimate, Design and Deliver the solution.
• Experience in coordinating with the development team, preparation of Functional Specification, Testing, and Deploy the code for RICEF objects.
• Good experience working with client C-suite in presenting roadmaps for digital transformation and strategic planning.
• Experience working with RFP’s and presales.
• Experience in preparing the Functional Specs, User documentation, Test case preparations.
• Should have strong team management skills.
• Education qualification should be CA/CWA/CMA/ MBA Finance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
