Job summary

NTT DATA invites SAP FICO Functional Consultant to lead SAP Finance implementations from blueprint to go-live, working across workshops and data migration tasks.

You will collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring high-quality data migration, testing, and documentation while delivering on-time results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance implementations / rollouts.
• 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA implementations / rollout.
• Experience creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping and rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for blueprinting activities in SAP projects.
• Analyze legacy data, ensure load file quality and support data migration testing.
• Provide guidance to SAP BODS/ADM teams and participate in coding, testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Migration teams on requirements, planning and issue resolution.

We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad/Bangalore, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Position Overview

Our SAP Implementation FICO Functional Consultant will lead others through the implementation of SAP. Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Ability to lead business workshops for blueprinting activities
• Analyzing legacy data, quality check of submitted load files, testing load quality, leading user testing and acceptance of load process, providing input into specifications for automated data migration transformation rules, analysis and identification of duplicate records and other activities required for successful and on time data migration
• Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions
• Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements to produce custom solution specifications
• Provide direction to SAP BODS / ADM development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, during coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities
• Work closely with Data Migration team to document data migration requirements, on project planning and load scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Job Requirements

• 8+ of Overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations / Rollouts
• 2+ Yrs. of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience
• Experience with creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping, rules etc..

Skills

• Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture, preferably involving the implementation of SAP.
• Solid analytical / problem solving skills
• Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
• Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
• Strong client service attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
