Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to lead financial transformation initiatives within our IT Services division. You will bridge FI and CO with global standards and drive end-to-end SAP implementations and support.

The ideal candidate has nine+ years in SAP FICO, with deep FI configuration and CO process experience, and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex data integration and system optimization.

Qualifications

• Nine+ years of SAP FICO experience within IT services.
• Five+ years in FI configuration.
• Four+ years in CO processes including cost center accounting & internal orders.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP FICO with other modules.
• Experience managing large SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
• Deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, asset accounting and management accounting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy SAP FICO solutions aligned with global standards and client requirements.
• Facilitate cross-module integrations to ensure data consistency across Finance, CO, and other systems.
• Manage full lifecycle of SAP implementations from requirements to go-live support.
• Provide guidance on FI and CO best practices, resolving configuration challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using SAP capabilities.
• Deliver ongoing system support and optimization for the FICO environment.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to lead and execute critical financial transformation initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role demands a professional with extensive expertise in bridging the gap between financial accounting and controlling processes, ensuring seamless integration across various SAP modules. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end implementation and support strategies, leveraging deep functional knowledge to optimize organizational financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Architect and deploy comprehensive SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with global business standards and specific client requirements.
  
• Facilitate complex cross-module integrations to guarantee data consistency and process flow between Finance, Controlling, and other enterprise systems.
  
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, from initial requirements gathering and gap analysis to testing, training, and go-live support.
  
• Provide expert guidance on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) best practices, resolving intricate configuration challenges and system issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine business processes that leverage SAP capabilities for maximum financial reporting accuracy and strategic insight.
  
• Deliver ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and optimization strategies to maintain high availability and performance of the FICO environment.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of nine years of total professional experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in the IT Services sector.
  
• At least five years of specialized hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) configuration and support.
  
• Minimum of four years of dedicated experience in SAP Controlling (CO) processes, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profit center analysis.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating SAP FICO with other functional modules to enable robust cross-functional business operations.
  
• Strong background in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects and providing post-go-live support.
  
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and management accounting.
  
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
