Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA Finance and FICO implementations. You will work with ABAP teams, configure FI/CO, and drive production support activities across FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset and Bank Accounting.

The candidate should have 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, strong integration knowledge with MM/SD, and excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong hands-on SAP Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance in development, enhancement, implementation, and production-support environments.
• Strong FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting expertise.
• Ability to work with ABAP developers and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Noida office five days a week is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FICO.
• Configure FI processes across FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Support CO processes including Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration, enhancements, and functional changes per business needs.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments and coordinate with technical teams.
• Work with ABAP developers to design, test, and implement SAP enhancements.
• Support integration between SAP Finance and MM and SD modules.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Manage production incidents, service requests, and change requests within timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams to resolve integration issues.
• Support deployment and validation of changes in production environments.
• Maintain functional documentation, configuration details, test cases, and solution specs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance on SAP Finance processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise acrossSAP FI and CO, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and experience working with ABAP developers and cross-functional SAP teams. This role requires someone who can independently manage functional requirements, configuration, testing, incidents, change requests, and production support activities.
