Fujitsu Limited is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to join our Pune team. The role focuses on supporting implementation, rollout, enhancement and ongoing support within SAP FICO, leveraging strong accounting knowledge to align business needs with SAP solutions.

Ideal candidates hold SAP FICO certification, 3-4 years in Accounting/Finance, and familiarity with AR, AP, AA, GL and Financial Reporting. End-user experience is a plus. Relocation not required and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Formación

SAP FICO Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated SAP FICO Consultant with strong Finance domain experience and a keen interest in SAP ERP solutions. The candidate will support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities within SAP FICO, leveraging prior industry experience to effectively bridge business requirements and SAP solutions.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• SAP FICO certification is required.
• 3-4 years of domain experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Good exposure to:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • General Ledger (GL) and Financial Reporting
• Prior experience working as an SAP End User would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their alignment with SAP FICO.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn SAP implementation methodologies and processes.
• Team player with good stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA (Inter) / CA
• MBA in Finance
• M.Com

Ideal Candidate Profile

A Finance professional with 3-4 years of hands-on accounting experience, SAP FICO certification, and preferably prior SAP end-user exposure who is looking to build or further develop a career in SAP FICO consulting.
