Job summary

Infosys is seeking a smart and dynamic SAP FI (S/4 HANA Finance) Consultant with 5+ years of experience to work with the CFO team on finance transformation programs in Bengaluru. You will engage in advanced financial close, central finance, group reporting and cash management powered by SAP HANA.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with 7-9 years SAP consulting experience in Finance Controlling and strong business process understanding.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP across multiple countries, VAT, Sales Tax requirements.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes, controls, reporting and budgeting.
• Familiarity with technologies like robotics, ML, AI to drive transformation in design thinking initiatives.
• Deep understanding of FICO processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, Taxes.
• Experience with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (BCM, TRM) and integration concepts like OTR, P2P.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across SAP modules with focus on reengineering business processes and migration to a new SAP instance.
• Coordinate with CFO team for finance transformation programs including Advanced Finance Close, Central Finance, Group Reporting and Cash Management powered by HANA.
• Engage with business teams for problem definition, solution architecture, and rollout planning.
• Provide expert advisory on SAP implementations, rollouts and customer-facing engagements in S/4HANA environment.
• Ensure deployment across multiple countries by coordinating IT, business and stakeholder teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data modelling, analytics, governance and infrastructure.

Roles Responsibilities

• SAP FI (S4 HANA Finance) Consultant
• Looking for a smart and dynamic talent of 5years+ consultants. The Lead (team) would work closely with CFO Team in supporting finance Transformation programs:
• Advanced Finance Close, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Cash Management powered by HANA
• Collections' process re-imagination , Swift Implementation
• Support and maintenance of implemented solutions Key responsibilities
• SAP consulting experience including customer facing implementations, roll outs expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment
• Closely work with the Business teams on problem definition, solution architecting, rollout plan
• Manage a team of people across various modules in SAP with focus on reengineering the business processes and migrating the business to a new instance.
• Responsible for deploying in various countries by coordinating between various teams in processes IT business and answering various stakeholders.
• Co working with cross functional teams Data modelling, Analytics, governance, infrastructure

Primary Skills

• Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with ~7-9 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance Controlling besides a good understanding of business processes
• Well versed with US GAAP, IFRS, Local GAAP for multiple countries, VAT, Sales Tax Requirements etc.,
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts, processes and key controls, policies, reporting and budgeting principles.
• Preferably someone with a knowledge of using new age technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methods
• Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set
• Deep understanding of basic FICO processes covered or related to Financial Accounting modules GL/AP/AR/FA/Taxes
• SAP Financial Supply Chain Management- BCM, TRM
• Working knowledge of integration OTR , P2P Process

Secondary Skills

• Working knowledge on 1 or more of the below would be an added advantage
