Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced finance process expert to support cross-functional consulting, implementing standardized FI processes, and transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. You will drive continuous improvements and lead training across international locations.

The role requires ITIL certification, SAP FI/S4HANA expertise, and strong project management skills; English fluency is essential, German is a plus. An independent, proactive mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Finance processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP ERP and S/4HANA (FI and related modules).
• ITIL certification and experience in structuring and improving Service Management processes.
• Experience capturing process requirements and modeling end-to-end process chains.
• Strong project management knowledge; English fluency with German as a plus.
• Proactive mindset and independent work culture.
• Experience or education in tax or e-invoicing is a plus.

Your tasks

• Serve as a process expert supporting for cross-functional consulting and the implementation of standardized Finance (FI) processes across applications.
• Support the transition from the global SAP ECC system to the new S/4HANA landscape.
• Provide operational support, drive Continuous Improvements across the Finance applications and lead training initiatives for key users across international locations.
• Define and design end-to-end processes and solutions based on business requirements, and document their implementation accordingly.
• Operate effectively within an international project environment, contribute significantly to major IT initiatives, and deliver professional support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular collaboration with adjacent process domains to ensure alignment and integration.
• Proactively support change initiatives and transformation efforts within the Finance function.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Finance processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP ERP and S/4HANA, with a focus on FI and related modules.
• ITIL certification and proven experience in structuring and improving Service Management processes
• Experience in capturing process requirements and modeling end-to-end process chains.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practical experience in project delivery. - Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
• Proactive mindset and independent work culture
• Experience or educational background in tax and/or e-invoicing would be beneficial
