Rohde & Schwarz India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for end-to-end delivery of Electronic Warfare and Radio Communication system projects.

The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, coordinating between customers, engineering, procurement, testing, quality and management to ensure successful outcomes. You will develop and maintain project plans and schedules, review milestones, manage risks and changes, and drive on-time delivery with 100% payment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent.
Understanding of Electronic Warfare and Radio Communication systems.
Experience with project management concepts, techniques, and strategies.

Responsibilities

Take handover of projects from Sales team.
End-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and closure of EW/Radio Communication projects.
Develop and maintain detailed Project Management Plans and Master Schedules.
Coordinate between customer, engineering, procurement, testing, quality, suppliers and management.
Plan and coordinate FAT, SAT, testing and field trials; ensure timely reviews and approvals.
Monitor progress against time, cost, scope, quality and performance parameters.
Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage changes and customer requirements.
Provide regular project reviews and management reporting; ensure payment realization.

ı Take Handing over of Projects from Sales team ı E2E responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and closure of Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Radio Communication system projects. ı Develop and maintain detailed Project Management Plans, Master Project Schedules and Milestone Plans. ı Coordinate effectively between customer, engineering, procurement, testing, quality, suppliers and management. ı Coordinate System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Internal FAT (iFAT), approval of customer Acceptance Tests. ı Plan and coordinate FAT, SAT, qualification testing, environmental testing, system integration and field trials. ı Monitor project progress against time, cost, scope, quality and performance parameters. ı Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and proactively resolve issues. ı Manage project changes, deviations, dependencies and customer requirements. ı Conduct regular project reviews, milestone reviews and management reporting. ı Ensure 100% payment realization

Your Qualifications

ı Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electronics Engineering / equivalent engineering discipline. ı Understand the basics about the Electronic Warfare and Radio Communication systems ı Experience to understand project management concepts, techniques, and strategies ı Technical Abilities required knowledge in the domain of Electronic Warfare to interact, understand communications with technical team ı Communication Skill to effectively connect with stakeholders and team members must possess good verbal and written communication skill ı Pleasing personality, team player. ı Risk management Skill should be able to recognize and create strategies to reduce potential risks for the execution of the project, able to create mitigation strategies ı Knowledge of PM Tools e.g. Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS Projects, JIRA etc. ı Knowledge of system solutions for Signal Intelligence, Radio Communication ı Willingness for travel within & outside India ı Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project/program management or project execution involving ı Radio Communication systems, and/or Electronic Warfare systems, and/or Defence Electronics / RF systems. ı Exposure to projects of Indian Defence, Para Military Forces ı Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously. ı Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
