Rohde & Schwarz seeks a Finance SAP/ITIL expert to support standardized Finance processes across global applications and drive the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. You will lead process design, capture requirements and model end-to-end processes while delivering continuous improvements across international locations.

The role requires strong English communication, project delivery experience, and proactive collaboration with adjacent domains.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Finance processes.
• ITIL certification and proven experience in structuring and improving Service Management processes.
• Experience in capturing process requirements and modeling end-to-end process chains.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practical experience in project delivery.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Your tasks

• Serve as a process expert supporting for cross-functional consulting and the implementation of standardized Finance (FI) processes across applications.
• Support the transition from the global SAP ECC system to the new S/4HANA landscape.
• Provide operational support, drive Continuous Improvements across the Finance applications and lead training initiatives for key users across international locations.
• Define and design end-to-end processes and solutions based on business requirements, and document their implementation accordingly.
• Operate effectively within an international project environment, contribute significantly to major IT initiatives, and deliver professional support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular collaboration with adjacent process domains to ensure alignment and integration.
• Proactively support change initiatives and transformation efforts within the Finance function.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Finance processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP ERP and S/4HANA, with a focus on FI and related modules.
• ITIL certification and proven experience in structuring and improving Service Management processes
• Experience in capturing process requirements and modeling end-to-end process chains.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practical experience in project delivery. - Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in German is a valuable asset.
• Proactive mindset and independent work culture
• Experience or educational background in tax and/or e-invoicing would be beneficial
