Job summary

msg global solutions is seeking SAP FI/CO experts in Bengaluru to drive digital transformation for finance functions in international clients. You will focus on SAP S/4HANA ABAP development, GL accounting, and IFRS/IFRS17 compliance within a global delivery model.

The role requires experience with FI/TRM, FAM integration, and a willingness to work US shift hours. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to production support and project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FI/CO implementations or maintenance.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and operations (trades and assets).
• Exposure to GL accounting and IFRS standards.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to develop SAP-based solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with SLAs and client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver projects successfully.
• Perform FI/FAM configuration and integrate FAM reports with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT; support enhancements and production support.

We are SAP’s preferred Finance solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

We are SAP’s preferred Finance solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do

• Gathering, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting various financial data, developing solutions
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Working closely with functional consultants to ensure successful completion of the project
• Basic Configuration of FI/FAM
• Integrating FAM reports to SAP, Non-SAP Systems
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT & UAT
• Contributing to implementation Projects, enhancements, and production Support activities
• Building proof of concepts and demonstrations
• Upgrade job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices, participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications.

What Skillsets You Should Have

• S/4 HANA ABAP, CORE ABAP With OO Concepts , CDS Views , FIORI.
• Knowledge in investment accounting and operations(trades and assets)
• Experience in maintaining or implementing solutions
• Experience in GL accounting
• Exposure in IFRS9/IFRS17
• Good Communication Skills
• Familiar in transaction manager which includes securities, listed derivatives
• RAP and CAP Knowledge is an added advantage
• FI/TRM certification is an added advantage
• Willing to work on US shift-basis.
