Job summary

Roitech Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to own end-to-end SAP project delivery for domestic and international clients from our Kolkata office.

You will lead multi-disciplinary SAP teams, drive governance, governance metrics and client satisfaction while partnering with Sales for RFPs and opportunities. Strong stakeholder management and P&L focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP delivery/PM roles.
• Experience leading large delivery teams across SAP programs.
• Strong client-facing and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including scope, timelines, quality, resources, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor SAP functional, technical and project teams, including PMs and module leads.
• Manage delivery across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integration and AI-enabled SAP solutions.
• Act as senior delivery interface for CXO-level clients, managing governance and risks.
• Establish delivery governance, review KPIs, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Own resource planning, capacity utilization, costing, margins and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Sales/Presales on RFPs, estimation, proposals and account expansion.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and digital transformation in SAP engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and quality standards.
• Manage domestic and international projects with distributed/offshore teams.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.

SAP Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to own and drive end-to-end delivery of SAP projects across domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple SAP projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, resource utilization and profitability.
• Lead and mentor SAP functional, technical and project teams, including Project Managers and module leads.
• Manage delivery across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration, AI-enabled SAP solutions and other SAP transformation initiatives.
• Act as the senior delivery interface for CXO-level clients, managing governance, escalations, risks, dependencies and overall customer satisfaction.
• Establish delivery governance, review project KPIs, identify risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Own resource planning, capacity utilization, project costing, margins and delivery performance.
• Work closely with Sales/Presales teams on RFPs, solutioning, estimation, proposals and account expansion.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and digital transformation within SAP engagements.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage domestic and international projects, including distributed/offshore delivery teams.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth and long-term strategic partnerships.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in SAP delivery/program/project management.
• Strong experience managing multiple SAP projects and large delivery teams.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integrations and SAP transformation programs.
• Experience in managing project financials, resource utilization, estimation and profitability/P&L.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including senior/CXO-level interactions.
• Exposure to international SAP implementations and global delivery models.
• Strong experience in risk management, governance, escalation management and delivery assurance.
• Experience in presales, proposals, estimation and change requests will be an advantage.
• Understanding of AI, automation and emerging SAP technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.
