Job summary

Keystone Realtors in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Lead of Application Delivery (SAP) to oversee technology projects from conceptualization to delivery. This role involves project leadership, planning, execution, and integration strategies within the SAP domain.

Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Envision and lead development & execution of Technology and Digital projects in the organization.
• As a Lead of Application Delivery (SAP), take end-to-end responsibility for technology initiatives for business from conceptualization to delivery in the SAP Domain.
• End-to-end project planning & implementation from scope management to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, risk analysis to quality management etc.
• Draw up a delivery calendar for the year for various functions based on business priorities and ensure the projects and initiatives are delivered on time in full and within stipulated budgets.
• Design migration strategy, integration strategy and master data strategy for various developments.
• Ensure optimal IT solutions by engaging with the outsourced delivery team.
• Ensure complete project documentation and validate documentation done by internal (Business Engagement) as well as outsourced delivery team.
• Devise policies and processes and ensure that processes are conducted in accordance with the set guidelines & regulations.

KEY SYSTEMS / TECHNOLOGIES USED

SAP (PS, MM, QM, SD, FI-CO), SAP and Power BI integration, SAP and SFDC Integration, SAP integration with other Java, dot net applications.

Educational/Professional Qualification and Generic Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Hands‑on experience in at least one SAP module, preferably SAP FI-CO or SAP SD, is mandatory. Exposure to SFDC (Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of other non‑SAP technologies such as SFDC, Java, dot net, RPA etc is desirable. And its integration aspects with SAP is must.
• Should have implemented / supported organization SAP project.
• Appraised of the latest trends in technology. Ability to translate the same to suit organizational requirements.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Exposure to the Real Estate Industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Understand intricacies of business processes with attention to detail.
• Methodical in work practices, adherence to procedures and documentation is highly required.
• Good influencing skills.
