Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Visakhapatnam seeks an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration for S/4HANA programs. You will own migration strategy, architecture, and governance.

You will lead workshops with business teams, design mappings, manage data extraction, cleansing, load, and cutover, and coordinate offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery. Expertise with SAP S/4HANA migration tools and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall SAP Data Migration strategy for S/4HANA programs.
• Lead workshops with business and functional teams to define data requirements and migration scope.
• Design migration architecture, data mappings, transformation rules, and load strategies.
• Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Drive migration using Syniti ADM/ADMM, SAP BODS, DMC/LTMC and related SAP tools.
• Establish governance, data quality checkpoints, and business sign-off processes.
• Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, Basis, and integration teams.
• Manage offshore/onshore migration teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
