Acuiti Labs Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead in Bengaluru, India. This role involves defining the migration strategy, leading a team, and ensuring data integrity during transitions to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in SAP Data Migration, including multiple S/4HANA implementations. Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP Data Migration with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP Data Services, SQL, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Deep understanding of SAP object dependencies.
• Experience with SAP Activate and Agile project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end data migration strategy including ETL processes.
• Lead a team of data analysts and developers to meet milestones.
• Establish data cleansing and validation rules with Business Process Owners.
• Oversee utilisation of migration tools for data processes.
• Identify potential data bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Define the end-to-end data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, enrichment, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts and developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring milestones are met across multiple mock cuts and final go‑live.
• Data Governance: Establish data cleansing and validation rules in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to ensure "fit-for-purpose" data.
• Tool Management: Oversee the utilisation of migration tools such as SAP LTMC/Migrate Your Data, SAP DS (Data Services), SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration by Syniti), or SAP Information Steward.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential data bottlenecks early and develop contingency plans to ensure zero downtime during cutover windows.
• Reconciliation: Design and execute automated reconciliation reports to prove data integrity between legacy systems and S/4HANA.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in SAP Data Migration with at least 2 full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Services (BODS), SQL, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP object dependencies (e.g., Material Master, BP/Vendor/Customer, Finance objects).
• Methodology: Experience with SAP Activate and Agile project management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to explain technical data issues to non‑technical business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for legacy data archiving.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Data Services.
