Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Visakhapatnam is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration activities for S/4HANA transformation programs. You will lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and load strategies using SAP and SAP-supported tools.

The role requires expertise in Syniti ADM/ADMM, SAP BODS, DMC/LTMC, MDG, and strong stakeholder management and team leadership to ensure on-time delivery across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
• Proficient with Syniti ADM/ADMM and SAP BODS for data services.
• Strong data mapping, cleansing, validation and quality controls.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall SAP Data Migration strategy for S/4HANA programs.
• Lead workshops with business teams to define data requirements and scope.
• Design migration architecture, mappings, transformation rules, and load strategies.
• Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Drive migration using Syniti ADM/ADMM, SAP BODS, DMC/LTMC and related tools.
• Establish governance and data quality checkpoints with business sign-offs.
• Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams and manage offshore/onshore delivery.
• Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
