Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with expertise in Syniti ADMM to support S/4HANA implementations and migration programs. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of SAP experience, end-to-end migration experience, and knowledge of SAP data objects. This position requires strong skills in SAP ABAP and data migration tools. A total of 12 positions are available across multiple locations in India.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of overall SAP experience with focus on SAP Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience in data migration from SAP / Non-SAP systems to S/4HANA.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or rollout.

Responsibilities

• Support S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and migration programs.
• Design, build, and execute migration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Syniti ADMM to support S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and migration programs. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end migration experience, deep knowledge of SAP data objects, and the ability to design, build, and execute migration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5–12 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Data Migration
• Hands-on experience in data migration from SAP / Non-SAP systems to S/4HANA (on-premises)
• Experience in at least:
  • 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or rollout
  • 1 support project
• Strong expertise in Syniti ADMM, including:
  • At least one full-cycle data migration
  • Data profiling, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) 4.2
• Strong knowledge of ETL design and development
• Experience using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and migration tools such as:
  • LTMC
  • LTMOM
• Solid understanding of SAP business processes, such as:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • Make-to-Stock (M2S)
  • Buy-to-Pay (B2P)
• SAP ABAP experience is mandatory (for data validation, enhancements, and migration support)
• Experience across full migration lifecycle activities:
  • Data mapping
  • Migration strategy & technical specifications
  • Build and execution of migration solutions
  • Design and execution of reconciliation and validation reports

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with multiple legacy systems
• Exposure to large-scale or global rollout programs
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience in cutover planning and mock migration cycles
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
