Job summary

Kumar Metal Industries in Boisar, Maharashtra, is seeking an SAP Data Entry Operator GST & Dispatch to manage GST-related SAP entries and dispatch documentation.

You will enter GST transactions, process invoices, verify GSTIN, tax codes, and ensure accuracy; coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Sales, SCM and Logistics; maintain records and MIS reports. Applicants should have B.Com or Diploma, SAP knowledge, and experience in SAP data entry in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• B.Com / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience in SAP data entry/transaction processing in a manufacturing or engineering company will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update GST-related transactions and data accurately in SAP.
• Process sales invoices, purchase invoices and other GST-related entries as applicable.
• Verify basic invoice details such as GSTIN, tax codes, HSN/SAC, quantities and values.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance, Stores and SCM for resolving discrepancies in SAP entries.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for GST-related transactions.
• Support the Accounts team in GST-related data, reports and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of SAP transactions.
• Enter and process dispatch-related transactions in SAP.
• Prepare/coordinate delivery documents, invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documentation.
• Update dispatch quantities, customer details, material details and other required information in SAP.
• Coordinate with Stores, Sales, SCM, Accounts and Logistics for timely dispatch processing.
• Verify SAP data against physical material and dispatch documents.
• Track pending dispatch transactions and ensure timely system updates.
• Maintain dispatch records and provide required MIS/reports.
