Job summary

Abhi Impact Logistics Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage invoicing, SAP data entry, and warehouse documentation. The role requires hands-on SAP SD Module experience and accurate processing of customer transactions.

You will generate invoices, verify accuracy, upload invoices to portals, and maintain POD records while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams. Flexibility for extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP SD Module is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices using Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and E-Way Bills.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure timely distribution to customers.
• Upload customer invoices on respective portals and maintain POD records.
• Follow up on invoice status and assist in payment reconciliation.
• Perform accurate data entry in SAP and maintain customer, inventory, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper operational documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and customer requirements.
• Be flexible to work extended hours or weekends based on business requirements.
