Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior SAP SD/CRM Functional Analyst to support end-to-end order-to-cash processes, configure materials, manage BOM structures, and integrate CRM with ECC.

The role requires deep SAP SD and CRM knowledge and readiness for future S/4HANA initiatives, with exposure to installed base concepts and configurable products.

Qualifications

• SAP CRM and IB exposure in implementation projects.
• Experience with configurable products and BOM structures.
• Knowledge of CRM to ECC integration and S/4HANA readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end SAP SD/CRM functional guidance for O2C processes.
• Manage configurations, BOM handling, and equipment/IB scenarios.
• Support ECC-CRM integration and custom enhancements.

Summary

UST is looking for for a Senior SAP SD/CRM Functional Analyst with strong Order-to-Cash, Configurable Products, BOM, Equipment/Installed Base, ECC-CRM Integration, and Custom Enhancements experience, capable of supporting future S/4HANA initiatives as well.

The Opportunity

• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Expertise
• Deep understanding of SAP SD processes.
• Sales quotation to order conversion.
• End-to-end order management lifecycle.
• Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• SAP CRM Knowledge
• Understanding of how sales opportunities are created in CRM.
• Opportunity to Quotation to Sales Order process.
• CRM to ECC integration.
• Variant Configuration / Configurable Materials
• Experience with configurable products/materials.
• Understanding how product configurations drive order creation.
• Familiarity with complex manufacturing/sales configurations.
• BOM (Bill of Materials) Knowledge
• Order BOM creation and explosion.
• Understanding different BOM types:
• Order BOM
• Manufacturing BOM
• Knowledge of how BOM structures support equipment creation and order processing.
• Custom Enhancements & Custom Logic
• Exposure to custom programs.
• Understanding of custom tables, mappings, and business logic.
• Ability to analyze and support customized SAP processes.
• Equipment / Installed Base Management
• Understanding equipment creation in SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of Installed Base (IB) concepts.
• Equipment replication from ECC to CRM.
• Familiarity with Applied Materials' installed base processes is a significant plus.
• Integration Knowledge

• End-to-end data flow across sales, orders, equipment, and CRM.
• Future S/4HANA Readiness
