Position: SAP SD, OTC Consultant

Shift Time :- (Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST)

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/CS with strong functional knowledge of the Services to Cash (S2C) or Order to Cash (OTC) lifecycle.
• Item categories.
• Condition types.
• Service order processing.
• Contracts, billing models, and project-based service scenarios.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and service billing models.
• Deep knowledge of integration points with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Prior experience working with US-based clients.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Exposure to SAP CS (Customer Service) or SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Knowledge of project systems (PS) integration in service scenarios.
• Experience with workflow configuration, output management, or custom enhancements related to SD processes.
