Job summary

Capgemini in Pune seeks an experienced SAP Coupa Functional Consultant to drive Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay transformations. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure Coupa modules, and support post-go-live activities across procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and CLM.

The role requires 6–9 years of IT experience with hands-on Coupa implementation, and strong integration knowledge with SAP ECC/S4HANA.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation/support experience.
• Strong expertise in Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Expenses.
• Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2P (Source-to-Pay) processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Coupa functional solutions.
• Configure and implement Coupa modules including: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management (SIM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sourcing, and Expense Management.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, accounts payable, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Design and validate end-to-end business processes across Source-to-Pay operations.
• Support integration activities between Coupa and SAP ECC/S4HANA using middleware platforms.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Perform SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.
• Participate in data migration, supplier onboarding, and master data governance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Contract Management, along with integration knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA landscapes.
