Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead Coupa-based Procure-to-Pay initiatives, optimize spend management, and drive supplier enablement across global teams.

You will own end-to-end Coupa implementation/configuration, integrate SAP S/4HANA with Coupa, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize payment workflows and SCM processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with Coupa Procurement and Invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of Spend Management.
• Experience with Payment Processing workflows.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integration with Coupa.
• Experience in end-to-end Coupa implementation/configuration.
• Strong stakeholder management and functional leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with global/cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Coupa certifications, experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier Management, Contract Management, Coupa Pay, and large-scale global Coupa transformation programs would be advantageous.
