Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Spend Analysis, and Contract Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Coupa-SAP integration (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
• Analyze current procurement workflows and recommend automation and process improvements.
• Provide functional and technical support for Coupa-related issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Gather requirements and translate them into system solutions with business stakeholders.
• Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, audit, and data security standards in procurement operations.

This role involves optimizing procurement processes, managing system configurations, and supporting change management and user training efforts across the enterprise.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Coupa and SAP (e g , SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
• Analyze current procurement workflows and recommend automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance
• Provide functional and technical support for Coupa‑related issues, enhancements, and upgrades
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Conduct user training sessions, create system documentation, and support change management initiatives
• Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and data security standards in procurement operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with Coupa Procurement Suite implementation and support
• Strong understanding of SAP SRM, Ariba, and integration frameworks (e g , middleware, APIs)
• Proven experience in system migration projects involving Coupa and SAP
• Familiarity with procurement compliance, audit requirements, and data security protocols
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in SAP or Coupa (e g , Coupa Certified Professional)

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG domains
• Exposure to global rollouts and multi‑country implementations
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
