Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 4-5 years of experience, including expertise in S/4HANA (RISE or GROW) environments. The ideal candidate will have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementations and 2–3 support projects, with the ability to lead a team of developers and coordinate with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEFW) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead ABAP development tasks during full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants (SD, MM, FI, PP) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and guide junior team members.
• Work on performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom developments.
• Coordinate with BASIS, Fiori, and integration teams for deployment and transport activities.
• Manage work allocation, ensure timely delivery, and maintain project documentation.

• Implementation & Support Experience– Hands‑on in 2-3 S/4HANA implementations and 4-5 support projects with strong debugging and issue‑resolution capabilities.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration– Ability to work with SD, MM, FI, PP teams and understand end‑to‑end business processes.
• Team Leadership– Experience in leading small development teams, assigning tasks, mentoring, and reviewing deliverables.
• SAP Product Knowledge – Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points CPI, BTP
