Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Gurugram is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and support Recruiting and Onboarding modules. You will gather business requirements and translate them into configurations.

Configure Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding 2.0; design recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, and offer management processes. Integrate with Employee Central and third-party systems; provide documentation and production support.

Job Description:

Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.

Configure Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 modules.

Design and maintain recruitment workflows, job requisitions, candidate applications, interview scheduling, and offer management processes.

Configure onboarding programs, new hire activities, document management, and compliance processes.

Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Integrate SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee Central and third-party systems.

Create business process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.

Provide production support and troubleshoot module-related issues.

Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
