Job summary

Eugenics Management Services (p) Ltd. is seeking an SAP support specialist in India to provide L1–L3 support for SAP modules PP, MM, SD, FICO, QM and PM. The role involves diagnosing system errors, fixing configuration issues and ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA.

Responsibilities include Master Data Governance, process improvement, system maintenance and upgrades, and user training to enable effective SAP usage across the organization.

Qualifications

• Identify workflow bottlenecks & propose configuration enhancement to align with SAP best practices & industry standards
• Strong working knowledge of key SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, FICO) is highly preferred
