Job summary

Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP APO specialist to support DP planning and related processes in AMS environments. The role emphasizes hands-on work in APO/DP, planning book maintenance, and cross-module integration with ECC/S4HANA.

The candidate will handle monitoring activities, forecast validation, and incident resolution with strong analytical and customer-facing skills, in a predominantly support/AMS context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).
• Strong knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.
• Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.
• Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.
• Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.
• Good understanding of customized business processes/templates.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.
