Job summary

Infosys Ltd. seeks a Callidus Cloud Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Commissions. The role involves diagnosing client issues, designing innovative solutions, and deploying Callidus Cloud configurations to achieve client delight.

You will lead proposal inputs, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare effort estimates aligned with budgets. As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will work across locations in India, plan configurations, and drive small projects while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in Callidus Cloud Commissions.
• Experience in Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment.
• Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design.
• Plan activities of configuration and configure the product as per design, conduct pilots, and resolve queries.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/workshops and prepare effort estimates in line with budget and guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high quality value-adding solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience (certification is preference) in Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions.
• Experience in Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows is an added advantage. Knowledge of Crystal Reports is also a plus.
• Should have experience of working in at least one end-to-end implementation in Callidus Cloud Commissions.

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
