Job summary

ITC Infotech invites SAP C4C specialist to join our Bangalore delivery teams. You will act as SME for SAP Cloud for Customer, translate business requirements into end-to-end CRM solutions, and work with architecture, development, testing, and documentation teams.

You will stay current with SAP C4C updates, deliver on-time within scope, support clients during post-implementation, and continuously identify opportunities to optimize CX solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP CX products.
• Knowledge of reporting and CRM data models.
• Familiarity with SAP C4C Sales functionalities and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer solutions.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end C4C solutions for global B2B CRM products.
• Operate and maintain the cloud for customer solution, ensuring a stable environment.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture for development, testing, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP C4C implementations.
• Stay updated with SAP C4C updates and identify optimization opportunities.

Day to day tasks

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
• Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
• Performing the necessary tasks to keep a stable environment
• To work with the solution Architecture team for Development, Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4C as needed by our Business Process.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4C implementation.
• Stay current with SAP C4C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions.
