Job summary

Hucon Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a C4C Sales Expert (Technical) with 8-12 years of experience as a Technical Engineer, and hands-on SAP C4C depth. The candidate will guide the technical team and work independently on end-to-end SAP C4C Sales Cloud solutions, including SDK, ABSL, and CPI/iFlows.

The role focuses on technical design, development, integration, and data migration, with strong debugging, monitoring, and reporting capabilities in C4C Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Ownership: own design, build, and delivery of SAP C4C Sales Cloud solutions end-to-end.
• SDK & Custom Development: deep hands-on expertise in SAP C4C SDK, custom BOs, extension BOs, ABSL scripting, events, actions, screens, OVS, and mashups.
• Integration Development: strong exposure to SAP CPI/iFlows, OData API development, SOAP/WSDL web services, and cross-system integration.
• Technical Configuration: proficient in KUT fields, adaptation mode changes, code list mapping, and custom fields via OData services.
• Data Migration: hands-on experience with SAP C4C Data Workbench and bulk data import/verification.
• Debugging & Monitoring: troubleshoot ABSL, OData payloads, logs, and CPI mappings.
• Reports & Dashboards: develop custom data sources, reports, key figures, and dashboards in C4C Analytics.
• Team Leadership (Technical): lead a technical development team of 5–8+, stay hands-on.
• Production Support: root cause analysis and hyper care coordination with middleware teams.

C4C Sales Expert (Technical)

• Expecting a resource with a relevant experience of 8-12years as a Technical Engineer
• Should have worked in SAP C4C earlier and have technical depth in it
• Should be able to guide technical Team wherever needed and also work independently

1. Technical Solution Ownership: Own the technical design, build, and delivery of SAP C4C Sales Cloud solutions driving custom development, extensions, and integrations end-to-end without functional/BA responsibilities.
2. SDK & Custom Development: Deep hands-on expertise in SAP C4C SDK, custom Business Objects (custom BOs), extension BOs, ABSL scripting, events, actions, screens, OVS, and mashups.
3. Integration Development: Strong technical exposure to SAP CPI/iFlows, OData API development (GET/POST extensions), SOAP/WSDL web services, communication scenarios/arrangements, and payload/message monitoring across SAP and non-SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP).
4. Technical Configuration: Proficient in KUT fields, adaptation mode changes, code list mapping, custom fields via OData services, and technical scoping/fine-tuning (execution, not requirement gathering).
5. Data Migration: Hands-on experience with SAP C4C Data Workbench — import template configuration, validation, batch processing, and post-load verification for large-scale data migration.
6. Debugging & Monitoring: Strong troubleshooting skills across ABSL code, OData/web-service payloads, communication logs, and CPI iFlow mapping to resolve integration failures.
7. Reports & Dashboards: Technical development of custom data sources, reports, key figures, and dashboards within C4C Analytics.
8. Team Leadership (Technical): Proven ability to lead a technical development team (sizes 5–8+) — assigning technical tasks, code/design reviews, and unblocking developers — while remaining hands-on with coding/configuration individually.
9. Production Support: Root cause analysis on technical defects, hyper care support, and coordination with middleware/technical teams for issue resolution (not incident documentation/functional triage).
10. Certification (Good-to-Have): SAP C4C/Sales Cloud technical certification, exposure to SAP CPQ and S/4HANA technical integration is an advantage.
