Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru is seeking an SAP BW production support specialist to manage L2/L3 tasks across BW on HANA environments and ensure smooth transports between development, QA and production.

You will collaborate with global teams, perform root-cause analysis, document technical processes, and contribute to performance tuning and BW landscape inventories.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP BW production support and enhancement activities.
• Experience in BW inventory assessment, system documentation, or modernization projects is highly desirable.
• Exposure to BW migration or BW exit initiatives is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand complex BW landscapes and business processes.
• Experience working in global support environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
