Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior SAP BW/HANA Data Engineer in Pune to design, develop, and support SAP BW on HANA and Native HANA data solutions. You will act as deputy to the Platform Owner, ensuring governance, delivery management, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Role requires 8–10 years of SAP BW/BI experience, hands-on BW on HANA and Native HANA, and leadership in data warehousing projects. Excellent communication and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of SAP BW/BI experience with strong hands-on expertise in BW on HANA and Native HANA.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data warehousing solutions.
• BW modernization and migration experience (BW/4HANA, S/4HANA).
• Functional knowledge of Finance (FI/CO), COPA; Supply Chain, Procurement, MM, SD.
• Experience in Agile environments; Technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently.

The Senior BW/HANA Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP BW on HANA and Native HANA data solutions to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable business insights. The role also acts as a deputy to the SAP BW/HANA Platform Owner, contributing to governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
