Job summary

Schaeffler Global Services India Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking an SAP Authorization & Business IT Support Specialist. The role involves user and authorization management across SAP; providing first and second level support via tickets, email, and phone; and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of SAP environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive SAP ERP experience (R/3, S/4HANA), hands-on interface coding, strong communication, and knowledge of SAP Authorization Management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP environments, especially R/3 and S/4HANA systems.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in this field.
• Proven experience in coding and implementing interfaces to SAP systems.
• Experience in supporting end-users and handling support inquiries.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a technical point of contact.
• Advantageous: Knowledge in SAP Authorization Management / Security and access rights.

• Support for user and authorization management in all SAP solutions
• First and Second Level Support for end users via ticket system, e-mail or telephone
• Executing administrative activities
• Support for tools within user and authorization management
• Collaboration within international authorization project

• Provide support and contribute to the resolution of end-user support requests.
• Execute technical integration across various SAP systems at Schaeffler.
• Serve as a key contact for functional and technical requirements of existing applications.
• Analyze and understand technical requirements to translate them into development tasks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and continuous application development.

Your Qualifications
